Er hat uns mitgenommen an den Ort, an dem zwischen 1987 und 1992 alles anfing: ins Jugendhaus West. Zwischen Auflegen, Graffiti sprühen und Breakdance hat er Schowi und Ju kennengelernt, mit denen er später die legendäre Stuttgarter HipHop-Gruppe Massive Töne gegründet hat. 📻🎶
Später im Jugendhaus Mitte formte sich die Kolchose, die Stuttgart als HipHop-Stadt nachhaltig geprägt hat.
Auch wenn Competition im HipHop schon immer eine große Rolle spielte, verriet Alex uns was diese Zeit so besonders gemacht hat. 🤝♥️

Zum 30-jährigen Jubiläum der legendären Hip-Hop-Agentur laden die Massiven Töne gemeinsam mit Weggefährt*innen und Allstars der Kolchose zum Family Jam auf den Schlossplatz ein. Das Kreativ- und Agenturnetzwerk mischte vor drei Jahrzehnten mit dem legendären Album „Kopfnicker“ die Szene auf und prägt sie bis heute.
In einer unserer ersten Ausstellungen wurde das Stadtpalais Ende 2017 zum Treffpunkt der Stuttgarter Hip-Hop-Geschichte. Die Ausstellung „Palais der Kolchose“ feierte die legendäre Kolchose – das Künstlerkollektiv aus Rappern, Sprayern und Breakdancern, das Stuttgart in den 90ern zur „Mutterstadt“ des deutschen Hip-Hop machte. 🎤
Zu den Acts gehörten unter anderem Max Herre, Freundeskreis, Massive Töne und Afrob.
Rund um einen riesigen schwarzen Kubus in Form eines K waren Bereiche wie „25k“, „Hall of Fame“ und „In the Mix“ aufgebaut. Dort konnten Besucher virtuell DJen und sogar VR-Graffiti sprayen.

Gestern haben wir gemeinsam mit den ihre Ausstellung „Gen Z Rede(t)“ eröffnet — mit Real-Talk, Musik, Community und jeder Menge Aura.
Es war ein ganz besonderer Abend, für uns, denn wir haben Leute erreicht, die wir sonst nicht erreichen: Die Gen Z konnte hier selbstbestimmt die Eröffnung mitgestalten und einfach machen, was sie wollte. 🙌🏽❤️
