Every day begins with a two-hour swim from 6:45 to 9 in the morning. He’s back in the gym from 11 to 1, pushing for another 1.5 to 2 hours of strength and conditioning. And when most would call it a day, he dives in again for a two-hour evening session from 5:30 to 8. On top of all that, he fits in two to three hours of physio every week to keep his body competition-ready. Even when he’s not training, he’s on campus, watching, learning, thinking about what comes next.
In many ways, the sport has evolved alongside him. From India’s first Olympic-standard pool by to real-time data tracking with at CSE (only the third of its kind in the world), he has seen every stage of growth and used every tool to get better.
