This time we got a nice Airbnb in a quiet area. Last tournament, we stayed next to a nightclub and barely got any sleep...well, at least the kids slept just fine.
We ate some great Jamaican food, watched the Michael Jackson movie, and most importantly, Eli brought home another title after winning two hard-fought battles.
We also linked up with our brothers at and helped corner who is quickly charging toward becoming one of the best 70kg amateur prospects in the country.
The Muay Thai circuit is a small world, so it’s always refreshing reconnecting with familiar faces, even when some of them end up standing across from us as opponents.
I love our team. I love Muay Thai.
