Thoughtful design sells!
Clients often ask us about resale. How many garage bays are good for resale, how many tubs, casita or no casita. However, the Chaten Home breaks many of these rules, no casita, two car garage. We focused attention on design, details, minimalism. The property offered an extraordinary view of Black Mountain and we wrapped the home around that view.
When discussing resale, nothing beats imaginative design solutions that come from working closely with the clients, studying the property and working with amazing craftsman.
