The SPOON リジカラ CIVIC (HONDA CIVIC TYPE R FL5), which marked TEAM SPOON’s return to domestic racing after seven years, has been faithfully reproduced by Kyosho in the Kyosho Original Samurai Series.
Based on a 3D scan of the actual race car, the model captures the car’s distinctive aero details, interior atmosphere, and the powerful presence of the machine that fought through the 2024 Super Taikyu season. In the final round, TEAM SPOON claimed a memorable first victory since returning to the series.
This is a limited production resin model.
Available through SPOON as well as Kyosho’s distribution channels in Japan and overseas.

Like the S-Tai front bumper, a full-bumper design was adopted, and FRP material was used. The product design was made using know-how accumulated through racing activities and advanced CFD analysis.
It was developed through repeatedly on-track testing with a Super Taikyu race car.
The central grille of the bumper suppresses the parachute effect, while the grilles on both sides effectively vent pressure inside the wheelhouse, creating a pressure difference that generates downforce.
