A big sister property to La Caletta, also for rent via, the villa is split across two adjacent buildings. The front house tis closest to the pool and has sea views, while the other house is set slightly behind, offering a quieter space. Each house has three double bedrooms, accommodating 12 guests in total.
The property’s design is architecturally sophisticated and the carefully curated interiors reflect different cultural influences, from local Sicilian ceramic tiles to African textiles. The villa has been built and decorated with beautiful, top-end materials, including polished wood and richly veined marble. Aura is an exceptional modernist villa in a commanding position just five minutes by car from the pretty baroque town of Noto. Within easy reach of the beaches of the Vendicari nature reserve and of the archaeological sites at Syracuse and beyond, it could not be better placed for absorbing the rich history, culture and swim spots of Sicily’s south east corner.

Il Palazzetto is a townhouse with a difference. Soaring ceilings, repeated arches, soft light and lots of space characterise this art deco-influenced villa for six in Noto, in Sicily’s southeast corner.

Augusta is a contemporary villa for eight in the hills near Noto, the beautiful white baroque town low down on Sicily’s east coast.
