REPORT:was out after catching only dace all day and the lads were taking the piss out of me for not getting anything big and then i decided to start targeting perch with a dropshot rig and got a tiny tap on it and then was going to change to a craw when i started retrieving it was almost like a snag until it took some line and then we realized we couldn’t land it since we were above it with no net and my mate had to climb around a fence and guide the fish up a wall.
