My journey started in Pilates and barre before discovering Lagree in 2015โlove at first sweat. After opening my own studio in Colorado, I returned to Berlin and now lead certifications both locally and internationally.

๐Tell us a little about you!
Hi my name is Sora and I recently relocated back to my hometown Berlin, Germany from Colorado, USA. I fell in love with Lagree back in 2015 in Boulder, Colorado and been teaching ever since. I have owned and operated the first Lagree studio in Northern Colorado, which I sold after the pandemic in order to relocate the kids and I back to Berlin to be closer to my family.
๐What do you love most about Lagree?
I love the deep mind and body connection while doing Lagree, you are forced to zone in, to zone out your bsโs in life. Itโs like only you matter then and there in that second and nothing else around you! You are pushed past your comfort zone and witness pure magic within and of yourself.
I love the fact that itโs a never ending love story, it can only get more challenging from here on out and youโll never be able reach a plateau.
๐What is your favorite thing about teaching Lagree?
For the exact same reason why I love Lagree. I love to push the clients past their comfort zone, making them not wanting to give up and just give a little more. To motivate and encourage what our mind and body is capable of. I love the final countdown of class, witnessing the peak of intensity, accomplishment and exhaustion when everyone comes together right then and there.

Love me some French twist for my obliques. Or a good deep runnerโs lunge will do it all. ๐ฅ
