Marzo ha sido un gran mes de completar buenos entrenamientos, de sumar a poquitos y con buena letra.
Pero sobretodo ha sido un mes de disfrutar mucho de lo que más me gusta y reencontrarme con esa paz en la pista.
La temporada de aire libre se acerca y estaremos preparados. ⚡️

Hay decisiones que como atleta nunca quieres tomar, pero que son tan necesarias como cada uno de los entrenos que forman una temporada.
Desde hace unas semanas arrastro molestias en el soleo que no me permiten estar el 100% en los entrenamientos. Por ello decidimos retrasar el inicio de la temporada de competición buscando mejores sensaciones y llegar a ser competitiva.
No ha sido así, no consigo deshacerme de esas molestias y si algo me enseñó el 2025 es que no volveré a ponerme detrás de unos tacos sin sentirme sana y competitiva de nuevo.
Toca volver al inicio y confiar en que para el verano el cuerpo es estará preparado.
Gracias a mi equipo de trabajo por ayudarme en el proceso y seguir remando conmigo, sois los mejores.
Esta gente cada año se supera y nos prepara un día más especial, creando una comunidad maravillosa mientras practicamos el deporte que más nos gusta.
