Every sign. Every house. Every planet.
Not just your personality — your physiology.
Medical Astrology is one of the oldest diagnostic arts in existence. Before blood panels and imaging, physicians read the sky to understand the body. Because the body and the cosmos are not separate systems — they are the same system, written in different languages.
Aries rules the head. Cancer holds the stomach and the lymph. Leo governs the heart and the spine. Scorpio carries the blood, the reproductive system, and everything the body has been asked to transform.
And then there are the health houses.
The 1st — your constitutional vitality, the body as it presents.
The 6th — chronic illness, the nervous system, the service wound.
The 8th — crisis, surgery, regeneration, the body’s deepest shadow.
The 12th — hidden illness, ancestral transmission, what the body carries that was never yours to begin with.
Planets in these houses tell a story the symptoms are trying to complete.

You are not one body. You are five.
The physical body is the last to know — it receives what the emotional, mental, soul, and spiritual layers have been holding, sometimes for years, sometimes for lifetimes.
When we work only with tissue and structure, we are working with the echo. Spinal Attunement goes to the source.
In this training you will learn to read and resource all five layers — through the spine, through presence, through sound, and through the living intelligence of the body itself.

The science of epigenetics now confirms what somatic practitioners have always known: the body is not a blank slate. It arrives pre-shaped — by lineage, by the emotional atmosphere of the womb, by the accumulated relational weather of a childhood.
If trauma can be inherited, why not belief?
The nervous system has been carrying this message across fathers, grandfathers, lineages of silenced boys — for a very long time.
It is time to listen with a different quality.

Neurotheology is the scientific study of what happens in the brain and body during spiritual experience.
Not whether God exists. But what is measurably occurring — neurologically, physiologically, electromagnetically — when a human being enters prayer, meditation, or ritual contact.
The research is extraordinary. Brain imaging studies show the brain doesn’t just relax in spiritual states — it reorganises. The heart generates coherence fields that extend beyond the body. The living matrix holds intelligence Western medicine is only beginning to map.
But mainstream neurotheology is still missing something essential.
It studies the brain without any map of the subtle body. It observes the phenomenon without understanding the vehicle through which spiritual experience actually moves.
This is where our work sits.
As a physiotherapist, medical intuitive, and practitioner formed across Ayurveda, Yoga Therapy, Tantra, Medical Astrology and other Esoteric lineages — SOMAMYSTICA® exists because the science and the lineage belong together.
The body is a field. Consciousness is not confined to the skull. Spiritual experience is not a metaphor.
It never was.
We are now enrolling for our Spinal Attunement training in June in the Netherlands. This training maps the theological experience to the nervous system in a profound way.

It’s a map of your body — drawn by your brain.
Each body part is sized not by how big it actually is, but by how much of your sensory cortex is devoted to it. The parts that need the most precision — your hands, your lips, your tongue — take up enormous territory in the brain. Your torso, your legs, your feet? Barely a whisper.
This map was first drawn by neurosurgeon Wilder Penfield in 1937, and it changed everything we thought we knew about the relationship between body and brain.
Here’s what it means for chronic pain.
In a healthy nervous system, this map is sharp and precise. The brain knows exactly where sensation is coming from and what to do with it.
But in chronic pain, the map distorts. The area of the body in pain becomes smeared across the cortex — enlarged, blurred, imprecise. The brain loses resolution. This is called cortical smudging, and it’s one of the reasons chronic pain can feel so diffuse, so hard to locate, so impossible to escape.
And here is where the story gets important.
You can redraw the map.
Precise, intentional movement. Somatic bodywork. Touch. Breath. Spinal attunement. All of these send new, clear information up into the sensory cortex and sharpen the map back into focus. The brain learns, through the body, that it is safe. That it can release the alarm.
This is why we don’t abandon the body in chronic pain treatment.
The body is how you talk to the brain.
💛 Save this if you work with chronic pain, or if you’re navigating it yourself. Share it with someone who needs to hear that healing isn’t just top-down — it goes both ways.

I’ve been seeing this post circulate and I need to offer the other half of this story — because half a truth can cause real harm.
Yes. Chronic pain is a nervous system phenomenon. When tissue has healed but pain persists, the brain has learned the pain response. Neuronal pathways have been reinforced. The threat signal keeps firing long after the danger has passed. This is real, this is documented, and working with neuroplasticity is genuinely essential to healing.
But here is where the post goes wrong.
It assumes the body and brain are separate systems — that you treat one instead of the other. This is Cartesian dualism dressed up as neuroscience. And neuroscience itself has dismantled it.
The body is not a passive receiver of brain signals. It is a sender. Constantly. Bidirectionally.
Penfield’s homunculus — the cortical map of the body — shows us that every region of the body has a dedicated region in the brain’s sensory and motor cortex. When we work with the body somatically: through movement, touch, breath, spinal attunement — we are simultaneously remapping the brain. The two systems update each other in real time.
This is not metaphor. This is neuroscience.
So when you do somatic work — when you resource the spine, when you regulate through the body — you are doing brain retraining. You are teaching the nervous system, through embodied experience, that it is safe to let go.
The body is not the enemy of the brain.
It is its oldest teacher.
Stop choosing sides in a false war between body and mind. The most profound healing happens when we treat the whole system.
🫶 Save this if you work with chronic pain clients — or if you’re navigating it yourself.
