I was 22, traveling a lot, working, spending some time in the USA, and also sharing a lot of health-related content on my social media.
(I havenât shared much about this before, but long story short) A few years earlier, I had started exploring holistic health after struggling with health issues after V, allergies, gut problems, and more. My gut wasnât functioning properly, so I wasnât able to absorb nutrients from food. I was super thin some years before 2016 and had a hard time gaining weight. But by 2016, I had come a long way on my health journey and was feeling so much better.
This journey has taught me so much and made me passionate about helping others, and Iâm happy that today I also get to work with helping people, because without good health, we canât live life to the fullest. Iâm grateful for how far Iâve come and for everything it has led me to today. Iâve gained so much knowledge over these 14 years, and itâs also amazing to see how much natural healing and holistic health have grown over the past years. There is so much we can do for our health with the right tools đđ»â€ïž
