Commencer cette année en prenant du temps pour moi, m’autoriser une parenthèse, juste le temps de reprendre mon souffle, regarder derrière moi et réaliser le chemin parcouru. 2025 tu m’as mise à l’épreuve, tu m’as fait connaître une tempête émotionnelle, tu m’as laissée face à moi-même, mes traumas. Mais tu m’as également appris à me recentrer sur moi-même, à comprendre que non ce n’est pas égoïste de se faire passer en priorité et de prendre du temps pour soi, c’est même fondamental pour ne plus s’éteindre. Tu m’as surtout ouvert les yeux: personne ne pourra te sauver, tu es le propre acteur de ta vie, tu as beau être au plus bas, personne ne pourra comprendre ce que tu vis, ce que tu ressens. Mais heureusement, tu as mis sur mon chemin des personnes formidables qui ont su me tendre la main et m’aider à me relever quand je pensais que ça n’était plus possible. Alors oui, cette année a été une épreuve, mais j’en sors tellement forte, fière et déterminée à savourer chaque seconde de cette putain de vie! Parce qu’on en a qu’une et que je refuse de passer à côté!
