Not only are the fillings premium and delicious but the nori is high quality and stays crispy until you take a bite. It gives each bite a satisfying chew for a mix of various textures, and the umami you get from all the various options is great 🤩
The set comes with five handrolls: truffle mushroom, toro taku, lobster, uni toro, and surf and turf. My favorites with the uni toro because it was creamy and refreshing, along with the surf and turf since it had the perfect ratio of meat to fish. is one of the best places to get premium, AYCE sushi! I love the variety they have for their nigiri, hot food items and even ramen! We got two of their omakase sets option which came out beautifully plated and all the pieces on there were delicious. The fish to rice ratio is ideal for AYCE sushi, since there’s minimal rice so you don’t get too full so fast. My favorite pieces were mainly from their omakase set, including their scallop/uni nigiri, mackerel, and bluefin tuna. Their salmon was fatty and full of umami, and I love the variety in a lot of their rolls and fried dishes. I love to end my meal with soup, so I got one of their ramens which definitely hit the spot 🍜
The service was great here and I would 100% be back again! They have a ton of free parking, but I definitely recommend coming early since the wait times can be long during their busier hours. Stop by the next time you’re craving AYCE sushi 🥢

This should be your new Panda Express dupe! is my go to during lunch because it’s so quick, cheap, and delicious. My favorite items by far are the orange chicken, pepper kurobata pork, and sweet and sour pork. I typically get two to three bowls for around $3-$7 each, along with a side of rice and chow mein 🍚
They’re located on Sawtelle next to the Marshall’s, and they’re super quick and convenient. Highly recommend stopping by ✨

is one of my go to spots for Korean BBQ since they specializes in cuts of meat that are hard to find in LA, including duck, intestines and more! This was my first time trying their duck KBBQ and it was juicy and tasty! I would say this is a leaner option compared to fattier choices like pork belly or gopchang, and it’s great with the various sides and sauces they provide. They also add potato, oyster mushroom, chives, garlic and tteokbokki to the plate for a well rounded mean. It has a rich flavor profile and the texture is a bit thicker compared to cuts like brisket 🥩
It was great with a side of their kimchi fried rice which is a must get every time you come here. They include corn and japchae noodles, mix everything up, and top it off with some cheese, making it the perfect sweet and savory bite. All their combos comes with sides of steamed egg, soybean soup, kimchi pancake, corn cheese and banchan, and it’s great to top everything off with a glass of beer or soju. Highly recommend checking this spot out in Gardena 🍻

I’ve loved this chain ever since watching Crash Landing on You, and the quality and flavor definitely live up to the hype! I always go to the location because I know my chicken is going to come out hot, crispy, and fresh. We got the golden original which is a classic that you can’t go wrong with, but I definitely recommend getting the soy garlic or honey garlic for a blend of sweet, tangy, and garlicky flavors that’s perfect with a side of white rice. The Cheeseling was a new flavor we tried that had cheese dust sprinkled on top, so if you like Cheetos then you would love this flavor 🧀
They always give you a side a pickled radish with your chicken, and I also recommend getting other sides and drinks like their fried mandu and Milkis. Definitely stop by the next time you’re craving fried chicken, and recommend calling in your order ahead of time for pick up ✨

Everytime I go to, I always get the 7 which comes with milk shave ice, flan, and mochi balls, which was super refreshing and light! It’s also not overly sweet and the flan on top was so silky and fun to jiggle. The mochi balls also add a nice texture on top! They make most of their toppings from scratch, which is why I love coming here! You can even get a halo halo for dessert here too 🍨
There is free parking and they only accept cash here. It is a small place as well so if there’s a long line it may be a wait since there only two people working in the back. Definitely worth it and I highly recommend you should stop by for some yummy shave ice 😋

Myeongdong Kyoja is the place to go for Kalguksu in Seoul! The restaurant only offers four items on the menu and specializes in dumplings and noodle soup. The mandu was amazing and I can’t get over how flavorful and chewy the noodles were 🍜
They have three locations in Seoul! We went to the one near Itaewon and this location had two floors, which can get super busy around lunch time. Definitely the best bang for your buck ✨

I loved how each place I went to only served one type of meat! The quality was amazing and it’s so fun to grill your own meal and have some drinks on the side as well! I highly recommend all these restaurants:
