Буквально вчера разбирали с онлайн-ученицей, как делать lion rolls (перевороты в конце этого видео). И я вспоминала, что первая моя попытка сделать их много лет назад закончилась тем, что я даже секунду не смогла продержаться в исходном положении. Какие там кувырки! Вторая попытка состоялась только через пару лет. И кто бы мог подумать, что потом я так полюблю эту мясорубку 😌

Just yesterday I taught my online student how to do lion rolls (rolls at the end of this video). And I remembered that when I did it for the first time I couldn't keep the starting position even for a second. I'm not talking about rolls! The second attempt took place only two years later. And who'd have thought that lion rolls would become one of my favorites rolls on the hoop 😌

Я вообще считаю, что весь мой прогресс в чистоте и технике исполнения связан именно с соцсетями. Если я хочу что-то выставить, то я буду "вылизывать" эту связку до тех пор, пока не начну падать от усталости. И то не факт, что останусь довольна. Но иногда этот же перфекционизм очень мешает мне двигаться дальше и быть менее требовательной к себе и другим.
Эта связка была снята на уроке после её слов: "А теперь я включу музыку, а вы постарайтесь её протанцевать!" Поэтому никаких пересъемок и накладывания музыки 😌
Day five ✨
I'm posting this video as part of the fight against my perfectionism 💪 Usually I reshoot all the sequences thousands of times to meet high expectations of myself. And it works! I believe that all my progress in the purity and technique is directly related to social medias. If I want to post something, I try to make it better until I fall from fatigue. But sometimes my perfectionism prevents me from moving ahead and being less demanding of myself and other people.
This sequence was shoot at the class of after her phrase: "Okey, now I'm going to turn on the music and you have to dance it!" So, there is no reshooting and adding music 😌

Четырехметровые стропы, которые так прекрасно подходили девятиметровым московским потолкам, совсем не подходят потолкам шестиметровым амстердамским... Вычесть все карабины, вертлюг, маты и высоту, съедаемую подвесом, - и вот ты висишь в полуметре над полом 😭
Так что на видео единственный зал, который я пока нашла, в котором мои стропы всё ещё относятся к воздушной гимнастике, а не к "половой". И то я теперь не могу в него попасть из-за изменений в расписании 😓

My four-meter straps fitted Moscow studio with nine-meter ceilings but they aren't suitable for six-meter ceilings in Amsterdam studio... Subtract all the carabiners, a swivel, mats and the height of suspension - and you are already half a meter above the ground 😭
So, on this video you can see the only one space I found where my straps are still related to aerial gymnastics, not ground gymnastics. But I can't train even there anymore because of the schedule 😓

В студии, где я работаю, в расписании 12 занятий в неделю на полотнах и целое ОДНО на кольце! Почему такое неравноправие, я не знаю 🤔 Возможно, люди охотнее идут на мягкие тряпочки, чем на жесткое кольцо. Вот и я, поддавшись общему настроению, гораздо чаще теперь занимаюсь на полотнах. Так что и связок на них больше:)

In the studio where I work, there are 12 classes a week on silks and only ONE - on hoop. I don't know why it is like this 🤔 Probably, students are more willing to attend classes on soft fabric than on rigid hoop. Sucummbing to the general mood, now I spend much more time on the silks. That’s why I have more videos on them:)
