But let’s be real: sometimes you just need a good cup and you need it fast. If that’s you, you’re the reason we’re opening Fast by Slow. Same beans we obsess over, same care, just quick. Limited menu. In and out, back to your day!
I’m sure it’ll take us a little time to perfect our speed, but we’re about to be up and running.

Speaking of obscurity: You guys know that big sheet of plastic covering the downstairs door at the bottom of the stairs? That leads to the old space, which we’ve been hard at work on remodeling. That side is designed for fast coffee. It’s finally very very close to opening.
