One of the most common mistakes I see clients make is trying to aggressively treat PIH (post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation) like it’s an active breakout.
Over-exfoliating, overusing actives, and constant incorrect treatment can actually keep inflammation angrier, making the PIH harder to lighten and correct.
