I couldn’t find my IT cosmetics CC cream so I put my usual tinted spf on even though it was nighttime 😅. And I used my *very* ancient urban decay naked eyeshadow pallet, I hopefully haven’t given myself an eye infection 🙂
Press & Glow: A very gentle daily exfoliant with gluconolactone, prickly pear extract and aloe vera
: Hypochlorous acid. This technically isn’t a toner but great for breakouts, rosacea and eczema
Zero Pore Pads Mild: HATE the name of these but they are pre-soaked cotton pads with gentle exfoliating gluconolactone, soothing panthenol and hydrating madecassoside
PHA Toner: 8% Gluconalactone to gently exfoliate
Heartleaf Toner: 77% heartleaf extract, which is a calming and soothing ingredient

I get asked about all of these things so much and it’s not that any of these things are bad (except the ice cubes perhaps) but they’re just not what I prioritise for myself e.g. I know people love gua sha and the results and anecdotally people like some collagen supplements but there’s only so much time and money I want to spend on my face, you know?

I’ve been using Medik8 products consistently since 2020, especially the Press & Glow and the HEO Mask (I remember the first time I used this and I couldn’t get over how soft and hydrated my skin felt) Their peptide technology is excellent and I have been using those products since they were released.
