Ortak mutfak mirasımızın taşıdığı hikâyeleri, hatıraları ve kültürel zenginliği yaşatmayı amaçlayan etkinlik kapsamında öğrencilerimiz, geleneksel Türk mutfağının önemli lezzetlerinden tepsi mantısını uygulamalı derslerinde hazırladı.
Asırlardır kuşaktan kuşağa aktarılan tarifleri deneyimleme fırsatı bulan öğrencilerimiz, Türk mutfağının teknik inceliklerini ve kültürel değerlerini tabaklarına yansıttılar. Bu çalışma, zengin mutfak mirasımızın korunması ve gelecek nesillere aktarılmasının önemini bir kez daha ortaya koydu.
Başarılı çalışmaları dolayısıyla Aşçılık Programı öğrencilerimizi ve emeği geçen akademisyenlerimizi tebrik ediyor, başarılarının devamını diliyoruz.
Etkinlikte öğrencilerimiz, tarım sigortalarının önemi, TARSİM sistemi ve sigortacılık sektöründeki kariyer fırsatları hakkında değerli bilgiler edinme fırsatı buldu.
