前置きとして、世の中たくさんのバターサンド、クッキーサンドがございます。その事実を踏まえてご興味ある方はご覧ください。
このシンプルなバターサンドを始めたきっかけは、昔からクッキーにバタークリームやレーズンをサンドしたあのお菓子が大好きだったからです。
SIROを立ち上げるとき、クッキーにバタークリームと何かをサンドして商品化したいと試作を重ねていました。
しかし、どれも迷いのあるもので‥
では逆に何にも入れずにクリームだけサンドではどうかと。
昔から信頼のあった、高千穂発酵バターの美味しさを活かし、そのままの何も加えずにシンプルなタイプでクリームをサンドしたほうが1番美味しいと感じました。
高千穂発酵バターの優しい風味に加え、瀬戸内産の小麦とも出会い、優しい味わいのバターサンドになったのです。
SIROの発酵バターサンドを購入してくださった方が、誰かにプレゼントしてくださる。食べてくださった方がお客様として来ていただける。この6年間、沢山のご縁をいただきました。SIROの発酵バターサンドをご贔屓にしてくださり、育てて下さったお客様に感謝です。
手作りがゆえに、沢山作ることができず、購入制限があったり、発送も少ししかできませんし、形もたまに不恰好です。クリームも温度変化に弱いため、夏場は持ち歩きにもお手間おかけしています。もちろん好みではない方もいらっしゃると思います。
SIROという名前は、素材のシンプルな白（素材自体が白い意味だけではないです）から浮かびました。おこがましいですが、そういう考えで作るSIROの発酵バターサンドはSIROにしかできないて思っています。
今後とも飽きる日が来るまでご利用いただけたら嬉しいです。
今回パンとスイーツのイベントでしたので、他にも沢山の出店者様がいらして、楽しい1日でした！
かなりの雨で不安でしたが、出店者さんも沢山いらしたんで安心して始めることができました☺️
