Strawberry Cream Cheese Pastry Heart
Ingredients:
2 cans crescent roll dough
100g cream cheese, softened
⅓ cup strawberry jam (thick-style)
Zest of ½ lemon
Almond Glaze:
⅓ cup icing sugar
¼ tsp almond extract
2–3 tsp cream
Instructions:
1. Prep
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. Assemble the Heart
Unroll crescent dough and separate into triangles.
Arrange triangles in a large heart shape on the baking sheet:
Points facing outward
Wide ends slightly overlapping in the centre
Spread cream cheese over the overlapping dough.
Sprinkle lemon zest evenly over the cream cheese.
Spoon strawberry jam over the cream cheese (don’t over fill).
Fold the pointed ends of the dough over the filling toward the centre, pressing gently to secure and shape heart.
3. Bake
Brush top of dough with egg wash.
Bake at 375°F for 15 minutes, until golden and puffed.
Let cool slightly.
4. Make the Icing
Whisk icing sugar and almond extract.
Add cream 1 tsp at a time until thick but drizzleable.
5. Finish
Drizzle icing over the pastry.
Optional: dust lightly with extra icing sugar.

Puff Pastry Hearts with Whipped Cream & Nutella
Ingredients
2 sheets puff pastry, thawed
1 egg, beaten (egg wash)
Icing sugar, for dusting
Whipped Cream:
1 cup heavy cream
1–2 tbsp icing sugar
½ tsp vanilla
Filling:
Nutella, slightly warmed so it spreads easily
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 400°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment.
Roll puff pastry lightly. Cut into hearts.
Place on baking sheet and brush lightly with egg wash.
Bake 15 minutes, until puffed and deeply golden.
Let cool completely, then slice horizontally like a sandwich.
Prepare the whipped cream:
Whip the cream, icing sugar, and vanilla to soft peaks.
To assemble:
Spread Nutella on the bottom half.
Pipe or add a generous dollop of whipped cream or pipe
Place pastry top on gently.

Roasted Cosmic Crisp® Apple Cider Honeycrisp Soup
• 4 Cosmic Crisp® apples, peeled, cored, chopped
• 1 small onion, sliced
• 1 clove garlic, unpeeled
• 1 tbsp butter
• 1 tbsp olive oil
• ¾ cup apple cider (unsweetened preferred)
• 2 cups vegetable broth
• ½ cup cream or coconut milk
• ½ tsp fresh thyme leaves
• Salt, pepper to taste
• Optional: drizzle of honey, crispy sage, or apple matchsticks for garnish
Instructions
1. Roast the apples: Toss apples and garlic with olive oil, roast at 400°F for 20 minutes until caramelized.
2. Sauté onion: In a pot, melt butter, cook onion until golden. Add thyme and stir.
3. Combine: Add roasted apples (squeeze roasted garlic from skins), cider, and broth. Simmer 15–20 minutes.
4. Blend: Purée until smooth. Stir in cream (to desired consistency), season to taste.
5. Finish: Serve with a drizzle of cider reduction or honey and thin apple slices on top.
