One of the absolute highlights of our epic family adventure was a dolphin sunset cruise on the island of Meyyafushi 🌊✨ This island is brand new, beautifully designed and feels so calm, luxurious and untouched – yet perfect for families too. From the moment we arrived, it felt incredibly special.
We went on the sunset cruise not really expecting to see any dolphins at all… and then suddenly there were loads of them 🐬 My son was shouting “spin, spin, spin!” and I swear they were spinning just for him. Add in the most breathtaking sunset and it became one of those once-in-a-lifetime moments we’ll never forget.

We were kindly invited to Saltmoore, and honestly, it remains one of my absolute favourite boutique hotels. Tucked away so beautifully, it feels calm, luxurious and welcoming all at once. This month I’m focusing on gentle self-care rather than big resolutions — drinking more water, cooking nourishing home-cooked meals, moving my body more and getting back into routines that make me feel good.
One of my non-negotiables in January is a bit of luxury. I absolutely love facials especially ones from at and massages, and starting the year with a really good facial always helps me feel reset, inside and out. I’ve also fallen completely in love with reformer Pilates — it’s been such a game changer for my posture and strength and something I actually look forward to doing.
January isn’t about perfection for me, it’s about feeling healthier, clearer and more organised — putting good things into my body and on my body and easing myself into the year ahead 🤍
