These lightweight little layers from Amazon have been my favorite fix lately.
The shrug and crochet top both have lots of tiny little holes, lol, so even though they’re not my usual cotton or linen fabrics, they still feel airy and breathable 🫠

I already love smoothies, so this ended up being the easiest solution.
It’s creamy, filling, naturally sweet, and made with real food, which is my favorite combination.
I blend:
1 tablespoon flax seeds
1 tablespoon walnuts
1 banana (I like it sliced and frozen)
2 Medjool dates
1 handful spinach
A little bit of fresh ginger to taste
About 3/4 cup organic milk or oat milk
Plus ice if I want it extra cold and thick
One little thing I do:
I blend the flax seeds first so they’re ground up properly. That helps your body absorb the nutrients instead of them just sailing right through you! 😊
Sometimes I add blueberries too, but the banana is definitely the star here. That’s what makes everything creamy and milkshake-like

Lyocell is made from wood pulp (usually eucalyptus), so even though it feels silky smooth, it’s not a synthetic fabric like polyester or nylon.
It’s soft, lightweight, breathable, and incredibly comfortable in warm weather. And it wrinkles less than linen, which definitely got my attention!

Easy beach waves without the heat
I’ve never been one to spend much time on my hair, which is probably why I get excited when something this easy actually works
Here’s what I do:
After drying my hair, I part it into two sections, like low pigtails.
Then I take one side, split it into two pieces, and twist them around each other all the way down.
Clip the end, and do the same on the other side.
I leave it like that for a bit, then take the clips out and shake it loose.
It smooths everything down, tames the flyaways, and gives me soft, almost-there waves, no heat needed ✨
And this cotton dress is the same idea. So easy, and something I reach for when I just want to feel cool and comfortable 🫠
