Introducing our Cranberry–Cherry Gin Fizz, made with one of our favourite pantry staples: Cranberry, Sour Cherry + Port. Bright, lightly tart, and perfectly balanced, it’s an easy sip that feels cozy yet refreshing.
Cranberry–Cherry Gin Fizz
Ingredients (1 drink):
• 1.5 oz gin (we chose
• 1–2 tbsp SaltSpring Cranberry, Sour Cherry + Port
• ½ oz fresh lemon juice
• A few dashes of orange bitters
• Splash of soda water
• Lemon slice or peel, for garnish
Method:
Add gin, jam, lemon juice, and orange bitters to a shaker with ice.
Shake well until chilled and the jam is fully incorporated.
Strain into a glass filled with fresh ice.
Top with a splash of soda water.
Garnish with a lemon slice or peel and enjoy.
