Vélo enfin fini ✔️ Transition rapide et c’est parti pour 4 boucles jusqu’au pied du mont (en rentrant dedans lors de la première boucle) ⛰️
Je veux partir sur une allure < à 5’00/km et ça tient très bien pdt 8 bornes 👌 Malheureusement ça se dégrade lors des 3 autres boucles et je finis le marathon avec une moyenne de 5’48 💀
Je regrette amèrement d’avoir mis les carbones car ce n’était clairement pas le bon choix! Après avoir mis 3h35 à Nice je m’étais dit pk pas ❌ A ne pas refaire tant que je parviens pas à être plus rapide. 4️⃣h0️⃣4️⃣
