It’s been a month since you left us, Dad.
The biggest loss in my life, a heartache which I will never get over. I can’t figure out why God took you from me, the only man I’ll ever truly love. But when I look up at the sky, I know that you’re still watching over me. You always had a kind heart, beautiful smile, smart, helpful, unique sense of humour and you were a strong warrior even in tough times. Your heart was pure gold, always extending a helping hand to those in need, and your wisdom was inspiring to everyone. I am so thankful for everything you have done for our family and your unconditional love. I will always cherish the happy moments and memories we shared with you.
Losing you hurts so much, but I’m thankful for the strong, independent woman you’ve helped me become. Thank you for always supporting me and accepting me for who I am.
