💧 3 Gläser Wasser
🍜 50-70g Reisnudeln
🫒 Olivenöl
🧂 1-2tl Salz
👩🍳 Zubereitung:
✅ Reis gründlich waschen.
🥘Reichlich Olivenöl in einer Edelstahlpfanne erhitzen.
Für dieses Rezept verwende ich die Edelstahlpfanne von. Dank der gleichmäßigen Wärmeverteilung werden die Reisnudeln und der Reis perfekt angeröstet und erhalten ein tolles Aroma. ✨
🍜 Reisnudeln hinzufügen und goldbraun anrösten. Das sorgt für den typisch türkischen Geschmack und die schöne Farbe. ✨
🍚 Den gewaschenen Reis dazugeben und alles etwa 5 Minuten gemeinsam anbraten.
🥛dann 3 Gläser kaltes Wasser. Wichtig: Ich verwende immer dasselbe Glas für Reis und Wasser.
🧂 1–2 Teelöffel Meersalz hinzufügen und alles gut umrühren.
🔥 Abgedeckt etwa 5 Minuten kochen lassen.
🥄 Nach den 5 Minuten nochmals gut umrühren und anschließend bei Stufe 2 von 9 für 20 Minuten abgedeckt köcheln lassen.
⏰ Nach 20 Minuten den Herd ausschalten und den Reis weitere 10 Minuten abgedeckt ruhen lassen.
