一昨年、昨年に続き、今年も海城中学校・高等学校サッカー部と年間契約で外部コーチ契約を結んでいただけることになりました。
今年で3年目の契約となります。

今年の高校3年生は、中学3年生の頃から指導してきた世代です。
私のメソッドや理念、そして哲学を、3年間伝え続けてきた学生たちでもあります。
サッカーが上手くなること。
もちろんそれも大切です。
ただ、その過程の中で、もっと大切なことがある。
私はそれを、答えではなく“ヒント”として伝え続けてきました。
学生たちと共有できる時間は、人生の中で本当に短く、そして貴重です。
だからこそ、彼らの人生に少しでも良い影響を与えられていたなら、これほど嬉しいことはありません。
5歳からサッカーを始め、30代になった今もなお、サッカーと共に生きています。
これまで自分が経験し、大切にしてきたことを、カテゴリーやレベルに関係なく伝えていきたいと思っています。
そして2026年は、日本全体にとっても大きな変革の年になると感じています。
学校とアスリートが外部コーチとして自然に契約を結び、アスリートのセカンドキャリアの選択肢が広がっていく。
そんな時代が、確実に近づいています。

練習後に『ありがとうございました』とわざわざ1人ずつ挨拶しにきてくれて、
ハグして『頑張るんだよ』と泣きながら伝えました。
サッカーの一番凄いところは、サッカーを続けていればまた会えるチャンスがあるところ。
また会おうね。
まずは鹿島アントラーズに関わる全ての皆様優勝おめでとうございます。
私も非常に素直に優勝を嬉しく思い、連絡先が分かる選手全員に連絡をすぐ送りました。みんなから返信があったので、スタメン、ベンチ、ベンチ外であれチームのために心を捧げチームが１つになった証拠だと思います。
ただ、少しだけ不思議な気持ちになったのは10年弱前に優勝したのは私が在籍した時なので、なんかそこに関しては正直、今まで感じたことのない不思議な気持ちでした。
まずみなさん鬼木監督が就任し、そのおかげで優勝できたと思っているでしょう。それは間違い無いです。鬼木さんとは個人的にも付き合いがあり、尊敬している先輩でもあります。普通に若手の選手よりサッカー上手いです。笑
ただ、鬼木さんを就任させた選手は誰でしょう。そう、中田浩二さんなんです。そして浩二さんは選手を適材適所で補強しました。レオセアラの補強は、正直未来を見据えた恐ろしい補強でした。ここまでチームに適応し、あり得ないシュートを決めてくれる選手に全てを賭けて補強をした浩二さんの天才的な感覚は、誰も予想できなかったことだと思います。
選手時代もクレバーで俯瞰してサッカーを見ているなと感じる選手でしたが、強化部長になってもそれができる人は特異だと思います。
今年私は水戸シルエラのGMに就任致しました。分からない部分ばかりで、困った時は浩二さんに今年何回も相談しに行きました。
何度も浩二さんは丁寧に相談を聞いてくれて、僕の未来について言及してくれるような流れを作ってくれたのかなとも感じているところです。
僕は皆さんが現役時代から浩二さんが大好きで本人にも伝えています。
そして未来を見据えた感覚を持った
『恐ろしい男』
とも言えます。
俺は浩二さんから勉強しまくりします。
本当にあの人は凄い。
鬼木さんをちゃんと獲得し、
アントラーズには何が弱いのか
しっかりと把握し、選手を獲得する。
（ここには強化部長になる前から調べていたと思います）
選手は怪我がつきものなので、急に補強する時がありますが、それも完璧に近いものでした。
常に最悪の状態を準備し、他のスタッフに指示していたんだと思います。
頭を常に回転させていたんだろうと。
もう、来季に向けて準備していただろうと思います。
シャーレを上げる強化部長なんて見たことないです。選手も浩二さんの凄さをわかっているんですよね。
2025年に鹿島アントラーズが優勝してくれて本当に嬉しいです。
