Clouds are thick and swallows lose their sense of direction in the darkening skies. Raindrops batter their wings. The clouds disperse and the swallows emerge slowly and cautiously to find their way back to their warm clay nests.

In mists and clouds, their stories swell
Sacred mountains, old and wise
Whispering truths beneath the sky.
I was very lucky to have been able to climb some incredibly stunning mountains including Mount Hua which is considered to be one of China’s 5 sacred mountains, ZhangJiaJie known as the Avatar Mountains and others in Vietnam, all which bring deep cultural and religious significance particularly in relation to Buddhism.

🐈 Cats are famously curious due to their independent nature and their love for hunting. They tend to be solitary, and constantly pursue curiosity to help them find food, have fun and explore new territories. Hence the term 9 Lives, which implies they constantly get themselves in risky situations!
