先週、
顔トレ×撮影会を初開催しました📸✨
県外から足を運んでくださった方もいて、
大雨警報も出る中、
無事にこの日を迎えられたことに感謝です🥹
撮影会では事前に、
個別の顔トレレッスンや
写真への想いをカウンセリング。
そして撮影前の1週間は、
音声配信でモチベーションを高めながら
当日を迎えました✨
当日は、
プロのヘアメイクさん
カメラマンさん
にも最高の笑顔をたくさん引き出していただき、
撮影中のみなさんは
眩しいくらいに輝いていて、
その方らしい魅力があふれていました🩷
「夢のような時間でした」
「ヤミツキになりそうです」
「ずっと幸せな余韻に浸っています」
そんなご感想もいただき、
私にとっても心があたたかくなる時間になりました☺️
でも実は、
今回参加されたみなさんは、
最初から笑顔に自信があった方ばかりではありません。
グループレッスンの卒業生や、
3年前からトレーニングを続けてくださっている方もいて、
レッスンを受ける前は、
写真が苦手だったり、
鏡を見るたび落ち込んだり、
自分の笑顔に自信が持てなかったり。
そんなところから、
少しずつ自分のお顔と向き合い、
「私も変われるんだ」
という小さな自信を
育ててこられました。
ある受講生さんが、
「グループレッスンに参加した頃は、
撮影するなんて夢にも思っていませんでした。
撮影会も、のりこさんがいてくれたから、
挑戦してみようと思えました」
と話してくださって。
その言葉を聞いたとき、
私が顔トレを通して届けたいのは、
やっぱりここなんだと思いました。
お顔を変えることが
ゴールじゃない。
自分を少しずつ好きになって、
「やってみたい」
「私にもできるかもしれない」
そう思える自分になって、
今までなら選ばなかった一歩を
踏み出していくこと。
今回の撮影会でも、
お仕事を広げたい。
新しいことに挑戦したい。
もっと自信を持って届けたい。
そんな一人ひとりの夢を
たくさん聞かせていただきました。
自分の笑顔を好きになれた先には、
