今回はオイル巡りチェック方法をご紹介します！
オイルが巡りチェックはエンジンにとって非常に重要なチェックです。
オイルが巡っていないとエンジンはすぐに焼き付いてしまいます。
エンジンは金属と金属が常に摩耗し合っているので潤滑となるオイルが必要不可欠です。
オイル巡りチェックでわかること
・オイルポンプがオイルを送る(フィード)機能をできているか
・オイルラインに詰まりなどなく送られているかわかる
久しぶりにエンジンを始動する前にオイルを巡らせてエンジン内部を潤滑させる意味で今回の内容を行う事もあります！

プラグを外す事でキックを軽くします！

外れない、裏のナットと供回りしてしまう時は
・バーナー、ヒートガンで温める
・インパクトを使用
・ショックドライバーで叩く
などの方法で外します。
※どの方法も潤滑液を使用します。

35ナロー に21インチ1.85リムを使ったミニドラム、タイヤも2.75の21インチで細さに磨きをかけ仕込みました。
ハンドルはやはり手前に持ってきて余裕のあるハンドリングでいきたかったのでプルバックライザーを使用しアメリカから輸入したハンドルを我々の方でカスタムしバランスを整え装着。
このようなデザインのハンドルあるようで無くていつも困ります。が、今回は特別に一つ用意できたのでこの車両に装着しました。
立ち上がりやグリップ部の角度高さ加減等全てにおいてパーフェクトだと思うハンドルです。たまに売ってくれと言われるのですが輸入に時間もかかるので金額云々では無く出したくないハンドルです。
タンク、フェンダーはヤレ育ててこのように成長したタンク、フェンダーで、これらの部品一つとっても簡単にご用意できるものでは無く時間も手間もかけ一台の車両に落とし込んでいます。
アップスィープマフラーもスラッシュの断面を何度も微調整し納得のいく角度にするためにここに辿り着いたという感じです、シーシーバーもただ垂直に取り付けるのでは無く、今回の車両も2人乗り前提で製作しているので角度をほんの少し付けて取り付けています。
この辺の匙加減も何度も何度も繰り返し取り付けてきた実績の蓄積がありバランスには人一倍気を付けて取り付けています。
彼女や奥さんを乗せてショベルでしか味わえないその時の空気、振動等記憶に残る思い出をこの車両と共に楽しんでもらえたらと考え2人乗り仕様にしてあります。
タンデムシート（ピリオンパッドシート）はフェンダー裏にナット溶接しているのでドライバー一本でピリオンパッドの向きが変えられます。
一人で乗る際、2人で乗る際、それぞれに向きを変えてシチュエーションに合わせてピリオンパッドシートを取り付けていただければと思います。
もし要らないのなら取り外してお乗り頂くことも可能です。
ステップも同様に2人乗りしない際はアンダーソンステップを取り外し出来るようしてあるのでこちらも状況に応じて取り付け、取り外してお使いいただければと思います。
ブレーキはリアにジュース（油圧）ドラム、フレームも高価なvtwinストレートレッグ、ミッションにはラチェットトップ、オイルタンクはホースシュータンク、ステップはミッドハイステップを車体に合わせ加工し取り付けて、どこにも隙が無いほどに手抜かり無く仕上げたのが今回の車両です。
ここまで仕上げた今回の車両、3年車検、名義変更、公道試乗付きで、納車前にお越しいただければエンジンの掛け方、ジョッキーシフトの操作方法、普段の取り扱い方、トラブルの際の対処の仕方までお伝えさせていただきます。

今回は、クラッチ板が張り付いている際に疑うべきポイントについて解説します。
クラッチ板が張り付いていると、動画1のように車体が前へ飛び出し、発進がスムーズにできなくなります。
これがいわゆるジャダーというヤツです。
クラッチ板張り付きの原因は、ミッションケース内のオイルがクラッチ側へ漏れてしまっているケースが多く見られます。💦

ではなぜミッションオイルが漏れてきてしまうのでしょうか？

クラッチハブナットからオイルが漏れています。

クラッチハブナットからオイルが漏れている場合は、古いオイルシールを交換し、対策として本来1枚のオイルシールを2枚組みにすることでオイル漏れを抑えられる場合があります。

それでもオイル漏れがなくならない場合は、プッシュロッドのオイルシールがあたる部分が摩耗により減っている可能性があります。その場合は、新しいプッシュロッドに交換することで改善が期待できます。

クラッチ板の張り付きが解消されると、クラッチが正常に切れるようになり、スムーズな発進が出来るようになります。
オイル漏れの他にも、組み付け時にフリクションプレートにオイルを塗りすぎていたり、熱や摩耗によるプレートの変形なども原因として考えられます。
小さな不調を見逃さず、最高のコンディションを保ちましょう！

トラブルがあっても対応できる！備える物
自身のバイクで遠出や、ちょっと近くまで走らせた時、いつもは調子良くノントラブルで走っていたから大丈夫だろう！
と油断していると急にバイクがご機嫌斜めになり動かなくなってしまい、工具や部品があれば解決するのに！と苦い経験があると思います！
車載工具を用意しておけば出先でのちょっとしたトラブルにもすぐに対応できます！
本日は必要な備える物をご紹介します。

ご自身のバイクに使用しているボルトを把握し、そのサイズを携帯しておく！

緊急時に必要！
各種スペアボルト、ナット、ワッシャー、スプリングワッシャーなど。
備えあれば憂いなし！
何かとはあれば役に立ちます！

サイズは3/8、7/16、1/2、9/16、5/8、11/16、3/4くらい持っていけば良いです！
7/16は2本持っているとタペット調整の時便利です！

プラグソケットは必ず必要です！
ラチェットは持っておくことで作業効率が良くなる！
コンビネーションレンチと同じサイズを用意しておくと何かと便利です！
エクステンションバーなども手が入らない所やミッション下のマウントナット締めなどで使えます！

ポイント点火のお守りセット！
遠出と言わず、ちょい乗りの時でもこの予備パーツは持っておきましょう！
※プラグはご自身の車両でご使用しているものを2〜4個持っておくと良いです！
コンデンサーはブルーストリークコンデンサーがお勧めです！

モンキーレンチ250ミリはフォークのトップナットやアクスルシャフトの大型ナットにも対応でるのであれば安心です！
ウォーターポンププライヤーはアゴの幅を大きく調整できる挟み工具です！
ホースバンドの着脱、固着した部品の固定・取り外し、マフラーの脱着時や、特殊な形状をした部品を一時的にしっかり固定・保持したい場合に役立ち、ペンチやスパナでは対応できない径の大きいパーツを掴むのに向いてます！

コイルは走行中に突然パンク(断線やショート)してエンジンが不動になる代表的なパーツです！
コイルはそこそこ大きく、熱と振動に晒(さら)されるパーツです！
バイクを停めていてキーがオンになったままだとコイルがパンクしてエンジンがかからなくなるケースもあります！
ツールバックの収納スペースに余裕があれば、ぜひ持っておきましょう！
