Maria + Bob’s wedding at Terrain felt like a real life garden fairytale, soft rain, glowing string lights, colorful spring florals, and the sweetest kind of calm all day long. Instead of stressing about the weather, they fully embraced it, and honestly, that’s exactly why their day photographed so beautifully.
Maria told me she had two themes for the day, and they came to life so perfectly. The ceremony was bright, whimsical spring with shades of peach, pink, orange, light blue, and hints of periwinkle and lavender woven throughout the florals and details. Then the reception transformed into this cozy enchanted forest vibe with green moss, wood textures, and rich purple flowers that made the whole space feel straight out of a storybook. 🌸🌿✨

The florals have been unreal lately. Soft peaches, buttery creams, wild pops of coral, delicate blues, garden roses everywhere, and bouquets that honestly feel like little pieces of art. Every wedding has felt completely different, but all of them have had that fresh, romantic spring energy that makes this season so special to photograph.
Also, with Mother’s Day this Sunday, I feel like flowers just hit a little harder this time of year. There’s something nostalgic and comforting about them. They hold so many memories.
