After missing the leopard in Kenya, our hearts were set on seeing it here. Just when hope was fading at the end of our last game drive, there it was—silent, majestic, and perfectly camouflaged. That magical moment made every second of the journey worth it, and now we can proudly say we have seen The Big 5!

As you ascend the steep rainbow-coloured flight of 272 steps, you will come to the main cave with high vaulted ceiling where the cave serves as a Hindu temple.
Most people take photos of the colourful steps but swipe to see what it looks like inside the cave!
A few tips for visiting:
- try to avoid coming on the weekend
- the easiest way to get here from KL is by car/ grab taxi
- beware of cheeky monkeys 🐒
- entrance is free but you may want to make a small donation to help preserve this national treasure
In the midst of Christmas festivities, I like to take some time out to do some self-reflection and soul-searching. Here are some of my personal thoughts:
When it comes to your dreams, you don't have to explain yourself to anybody. Do what makes your heart & soul happy.
Be vulnerable, remember to grow through the pain not just go through it.
The world is made of people, just like you and me. If we can become the best version of ourselves then we can make the world a better place. Plus it cost nothing to love better and be kinder.
And if you commit yourself to positive thinking, you will always find things to be grateful for, even the smallest of things 🙏
