1. LAVA BIEN TU CUERO CABELLUDO. Nadie nos explica que el éxito para que un cabello crezca sano, rápido y no se te caiga es lavar el epicentro de donde sale tu cabello. Por lavarlo mal se tapan los folículos y hace que el cabello no nazca o se caiga y por eso andas a veces con caspa y el cabello muy graso.
2. PACIENCIA. El cabello necesita su tiempo para reponerse de tanto químico, blower, planchas y mal cuidado que le metiste sin piedad porque de huevo a 🥚 querías domar el tócame la puerta de la raíz.
3.Tener el cabello rizado (y sano) es un presupuesto. No les voy a mentir. Hay que invertir en un buen shampoo, mascarilla y leave in o mousse para estilizar.
4. Corta tu cabello de a poco. Cuando estés preparada o con una raíz un poco larga hazte el BIG CUT, que es el corte decisivo donde te cortas todo resto de alisantes ( es horrible 🤣 dudarás … pero te prometo que vas a sobrevivir)
5. Usa productos BUENOS de calidad! Yo pasé POR TODOS y hay algunos muy grasos o con mucha silicona que en efecto inmediato parece que doma a la fiera pero a los meses el cabello se empieza a emputar y a resecar o caerse.
6. NO NECESITAS UN POTE GIGANTE DE CREMA PARA PEINAR. 🆘 Este error lo cometí al inicio, usaba 7 productos para estilizar super cremosos o grasos y lo que estaba haciendo era tapar mi cuero cabelludo y dejando muy pesado mi cabello 😫 un buen producto no necesita mucha cantidad para estilizar.
7. HIDRATACIÓN. Importante que el rizo que vaya saliendo lo hidrates con mascarillas. El cabello rizo tiende a verse deshidratado por eso caemos en el error del punto 6. Yo amé la de Wella de la línea NUTRICURLS. Si quieres menos volumen la mascarilla de la línea NUTRÍ ENRINCH o la de la línea ULTIMATE SMOOTH.
8. El rizo que te empieza a salir no es tu rizo final. Es como tu pelito recién nacido que irá mutando de forma. El primero sale medio tropezao’ y luego se empieza a soltar.

Hace años cuando me contó sobre lo que tenía en mente hacer junto a para y por los jóvenes de Panamá, la idea me pareció HERMOSA porque lo que tenían en manos era dar, motivar, exaltar y hacer lo que mejor saben ellas DAN AMOR Y AYUDAR sin proporciones.
