كان بقالي سنين بعيد وافتكرت وحنيت
فترة كبيرة بعيد عن التمرين والبطولات
ودي كانت اصعب فترة في حياتي
وزني زاد واصابات ديسكين في ظهري ورقبتي والتهاب في ركبي
والنفسية مكنتش احسن حاجه
فكرت وقولت انا هعيش كده ازاي وانا داخل علي مرحلة الاربعين
قررت افوق وارجع للتمرين وادوس علي اي اعذار
ومن ساعاتها وحياتي رجعتلي تاني
وبعد سنة من التمرين
شاركت في بطولة مصر للتجديف وحققت المركز الاول
وشاركت بعدها في بطولتين عالم في الارجوميتر وحققت المركز الرابع
