You’ll need:
1 pack of Sgaia Steak (2 steaks)
1/2 a pack of Sgaia Lorne Sausages
1/2 a pack of Sgaia Smoky bacon
1 large onion
Half a large leek
2 carrots
2 parsnips
250g new potatoes
5 garlic cloves, minced
2 sprigs of Rosemary, chopped
1 sprig of thyme, chopped
1 Vegan beef oxo cube
1 Teaspoon marmite
1 Tablespoon tomato purée
2 teaspoons of Garlic powder
Salt and pepper to taste
1 glass of red wine (more if you fancy drinking some while you cook 🍷)
Method:
1️⃣ Fry off your Sgaia meats in olive oil until browned then remove from pan. Keeping some bacon aside for garnish! 2️⃣ Sauté onion and leek in olive oil until soft. Then add garlic and sauté for another minute. Add in tomato purée and sauté for another minute. 3️⃣ Add in glass of red wine to deglaze then cook the alcohol off for a few minutes. 4️⃣ And in rest of vegetables and give a stir. 5️⃣ Add in rosemary, thyme and beef oxo cube with boiling water until everything is covered, stir. 6️⃣ Add in teaspoon of marmite, the cooked meat and bring to boil then simmer until veg is cooked (roughly 25/30 mins). 7️⃣ Serve with crusty bread 🍞

Spending the day eating good food whilst working from home is our plan for the day, so we thought we’d give you some inspiration with our bacon, blueberry & maple syrup pancakes 🥓🫐🥞!!
You’ll need:
125g all-purpose flour
2 tbsp sugar (optional, for a slightly sweet batter)
2 tsp baking powder
A pinch of salt
240ml plant-based milk (oat or soy work best)
1 tbsp apple cider vinegar (to create a “buttermilk” effect)
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 tbsp vegetable oil or melted vegan butter
Optional Toppings:
Sgaia Bacon
Maple syrup
Fresh blueberries
Mix your dry ingredients & wet ingredients, merge together. Heat a little butter in a non stick pan and pour your pancake mix into desired shape and size! Serve up with your desired toppings like our bacon, blueberry’s and maple syrup ❤️
