• Hintere Oberschenkel (Beinbeuger)
• Gesäßmuskulatur (Po)
• Unterer Rücken (stabilisierend)
Ausführung:
1. Füße hüftbreit, Kurzhanteln vor den Oberschenkeln halten
2. Rücken bleibt gerade, Brust leicht nach vorne
3. Hüfte nach hinten schieben
4. Kurzhanteln dicht an den Beinen nach unten führen
5. So tief gehen, bis du eine starke Dehnung in den Beinbeugern spürst
6. Dann über Po und hintere Oberschenkel wieder hochdrücken
7. Hüfte aktiv nach vorne schieben, oben kurz Spannung halten
Wichtig:
• Rücken niemals rund machen
• Bewegung kommt aus der Hüfte, nicht aus dem Rücken
• Langsam und kontrolliert ausführen
Wo solltest du es spüren?
• Deutlich in den hinteren Oberschenkeln
• Stark im Po
• Leicht stabilisierend im unteren Rücken
