Ik bezocht recent de gallery in de buurt van Antwerpen en was blown away van hoe kunst, architectuur en natuur samen kwamen en elkaar versterkten. Van een omgebouwde fabriek silo vol kunst tot een kapel geweid aan een lichtsculptuur van James Turell. Van de curatie tot de ontvangst - deze plek laat je bevragen wat een galerie allemaal kan zijn.
Hier vind werk van internationale top kunstenaars een thuis, wonen en werken kunstenaars op het terrein, word een expositiezaal moeiteloos afgewisseld met een openbare tuin, workshop ruimte of bibliotheek en kan je gratis rondstruinen over het terrein. Wonen, werken, kunst en inspiratie staan niet los van elkaar maar zijn door en door met elkaar verweven.
Want waarom zou je niet wonen IN een galerie?

We opened the evening with a guided visualisation led by Lente Michels, creating space to soften, unwind, and set the tone for what was to come. From there, we explored what it means to bring slower, more intentional practices into our lives, work, and businesses — leaning into intuitive creation and the act of slowing down.
Throughout the evening, two inspiring artists shared their work and creative processes, offering reflections on how creativity can guide decision-making, support personal challenges, and hold moments of growth. Sella Molenaar invited us into a winding-down, eyes-closed drawing exercise — a gentle practice of letting go and simply feeling. While Tamasine McNabb guided us through a reflection on creativity through fabric, a way to connect with intuition, emotion, and process.
