Wrapped up my last classes at Studio 98 this morning and having a lil reflection moment on how grateful I am to have been able to teach this much throughout my pregnancy (9 classes a week!). It’s also been so fun playing around on the reformer before/after teaching and learning how to adapt my practice as my bump grew. And biggest thank you to my clients, especially my Friday 6am crew, you’re all seriously impressive for showing up and always bringing me so much life every week. Kinda obsessed with being pregnant now… don’t remember life before. Quite literally can’t picture life after (there’s gunna be a baby?!???).
