After the King called us a “community that cares,” to have ten years of hard work recognised even further with such a prestigious award is a dream I couldn’t have pictured way back when I started in 2016. After being given the letter while I was in the bath, I’ve been living a real pinch-me moment ever since and I’ll never forget this.
