ちょいと長くなりますが
書き綴らせてもらおーっと✍️
サロンをやりたいなーと思い出したのは、
昔からではなくて
4年前の長男を出産した後からです
アシスタントの頃から目標をリスト化していたのに
子を産んで仕事をするのが
未知過ぎてどんな感じなのか分からず、
30をこえたあたりから
先の目標を決めれずにいました。
だから、出産してみて育児と仕事の両立が
どれどけ大変なのかを経験してみて
ひとまず白目剥いた〜🤣
世でよく聞くこれ、本当に忙しいのね🤣
けど、泣けるくらい忙しいよりも
笑えるくらい忙しかった。
だから
「母ちゃんでも、もうちょいやれそうだな
2人目子供を産んだら、お店作ってみようかな〜」
と次の目標を決意しました
30代突入してからの女性のライフステージの変化は、
本当に目まぐるしいなと思う🤣
出産の喜びは大きかったけど
努力して積み上げてきたキャリアを一旦手放して、
復帰してからは育児と共にまた積み上げなきゃならない
その時は辛い時もあった
けど仕事も安定して慣れ始めちゃってた自分への鞭になって
初心を思い起こさせてくれたのと、
改めてずっと大切なヘアを任せてくれたお客様に
感謝がより大きくなりました。
だから、これからお客様と一緒に歳を重ねていく中で
どの環境がより喜んでもらえそうかな？？

髪の毛を通じて皆んなの毎日が
もっともっと明るく楽しくハッピーになって欲しい！

30の頃先が不安でしゃーなかったけど、
40になった今、元気があれば
なんでも出来るなーと思うようになった！
心と身体の体力つけて、
