After our visit to Titanic VR, we headed for lunch… and I’m so glad we did.
This beautiful Leeds restaurant is currently offering an amazing 2-course menu for just £20.26, which includes a glass of house wine 🍷 - honestly such good value for money, especially for a city centre spot.
We shared the focaccia to start (soft, warm, perfect for sharing), then for mains I chose the pork fritter which was absolutely delicious - crispy, full of flavour, and really well presented. My friend went for the herb chicken, which was cooked perfectly and packed with flavour.
Dessert? Unreal.

✨ Chocolate lava cake
Both were rich, indulgent and the perfect way to finish the meal.
Add in the beautiful views over Leeds city centre, friendly and attentive staff, and genuinely delicious food, and this place is a total win whether you’re planning a date night, girls’ lunch, or a pre-event meal.

I’ve said it before, but I’ll say it again. I can’t express how grateful I am by saying yes late one evening to joining the lovely on her travel journey grabbed me at a moment when everything in my life had changed and I was thinking, right… what the hell do I do now?
That little travel community pulled me in. I became part of something... working, socialising, and networking in business spaces I never imagined I’d be in. And here I am today. Still carrying that deep sadness (that isn’t going anywhere and I know now that it's ok to have them proper shit days. All that makes me who I am today), but most days feeling like I have the skills and coping tactics to get through. Dare I say, I even have a plan now. Not the future I once imagined, but one that’s grown from no longer thinking small and being crippled by grief and loss.
