The L Family’s journey from sale to purchase was not straight forward, but we made it happen!
It included an over ask sale, a heartbreaking inspection on a previous offer, followed by a short deadline to find a new home.
The right one didn’t start as such. It sat on the market as most buyers (including my own) saw finishings that simply weren’t their style. So when it popped back up with a significant price reduction, I saw an opportunity.
By moving early and negotiating hard, we didn’t just avoid a bid war, we secured custom millwork upgrades as part of the deal. Now they have the craftsmanship they deserve in a style that is theirs.
