To say It’s been a life altering year would be a massive understatement!
.
From realizing my „Kid from the western suburbs of Sydney childhood dreams“ and opening a brand new Broadway show, to living through my very first major injury!! I broke my hip ( femur ). I was misdiagnosed for 3 months, I then learned I needed surgery just a few days before the ACL 50th concert. A Moment in Broadway history I was not about to miss… So, I performed anyway, on a broken leg, 2 days before going into surgery to have my femur bone surgically pinned back together…

I have spent the last 6 months ( well most of this year really ) healing and retraining mind and body to get me back to firstly running ( which I’m super excited about, yay! I can still run) and one day very, very soon… Dancing again!! 😍👯♀️

I am super proud of how resilient and positive I’ve mostly managed to stay this year in the face of so much heartbreak. I’ve managed to stay grounded, and somehow in the quiet, found my way back home to me! 🙏🏼❤️🇦🇺

The journey doesn’t stop here though, there is a long way to go…the journey is the exciting part… The work is, and forever will be ongoing, as I soldier onwards and upwards, always striving towards a deeper awareness and a better practice!

One thing I know for sure, closing out 2025… I have burning inside of me, the most incredible gratitude for my resilient and fearless mind and body, and for my amazing circle of family and friends who continue to support, inspire, amaze and surprise me!
