Five years with my foot on the accelerator and I never imagined Iโd be the one to hit the brakes. It still feels surreal, but here I am, today, throwing bubbles for the last time.
In these five years, we laughed through chaos. We kept dreaming like nothing could stop us and nothing did. We found strength in each other when the world felt heavy. Menus, teams, trips, guest shifts, wild animals, wild ideas, choreographies, events, collaborations, Maybe festival, wellness rituals, late nights, early mornings, wins, losses, road trips, breakdowns, breakthroughs, we did it all and usually against the clock. And honestly? I still donโt know how. But what we built together was rare.
Iโll carry every lesson, every triumph, every โwhat now?โ deep in my bones. It wasnโt always easy, and it was never perfect but it was real and I wouldnโt change a single second of it.
Maybe Sammy is more than a bar. Itโs a movement, a mindset, and part of the woman Iโve become, stronger, wiser, louder and softer.
And while I donโt know yet exactly, where the next path will lead, Iโm stepping into it with the same fire.

Over a month ago, I had the privilege of celebrating ๐๐๐ง๐๐ฌ๐ก๐๐ค๐โ๐ฌ ๐.๐ ๐๐ข๐ซ๐ญ๐ก๐๐๐ฒ ๐ข๐ง ๐๐๐ฑ๐ข๐๐จ ๐๐ข๐ญ๐ฒ, followed by some soul-recharging days at the breathtaking ๐๐ง๐&๐๐ง๐ฅ๐ฒ ๐๐๐ง๐๐๐ซ๐ข๐ง๐ in Puerto Vallarta.
The Handshake team's care, generosity, thoughtfulness and the way they brought together such a beautiful group of humans made it unforgettable. This experience left me with a full heart, and deep gratitude for all the laughter, conversations, and moments we shared.
Yesterday, was named Best Bar in North America and honestly, it couldnโt be more deserved.
