Ingredients:
• Scottish Rolled Oats
• Nuts (Hazelnuts, cashews, pecans- whichever you like)
• Seeds (pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, chia seeds)
•Coconut oil (2 and half tbsp)
• Maple syrup / Date Syrup
• Sugar (Coconut or Dark Brown about a quarter cup)
• Cinnamon and Nutmeg
• Honey
•Coconut chips
• Goji Berries
Recipe:
•Preheat oven to 135 degrees Celsius
• Mix dry ingredients together
• Mix wet ingredients separately and put on the stove to melt
•Once melted, mix dry and wet ingredients
•Bake baking tray with baking paper
•Spread the Granola onto baking tray evenly
• Place in oven, check on the granola and mix every 15 minutes for an hour
• Voila now you get to enjoy it!

Homemade Deodorant 💕✨ this is truly lasting as
long as my other deodorants and I’m so happy because l’m also super moisturised and toxin free!
Ingredients:
3 tosp coconut oil (solid, not melted)
2 tosp shea butter
3 tosp arrowroot powder (or cornstarch)
2 tbsp baking soda (reduce to 1 tbsp if you have sensitive skin)
5-10 drops essential oil (lavender, tea tree, lemon, or your choice)
Instructions:
1. Melt coconut oil and shea butter in a heatproof bowl over a saucepan of simmering water (double boiler method).
2. Remove from heat and stir in arrowroot powder and baking soda until smooth.
3. Add essential oils and mix well.
4. Pour into a small glass jar and let it set at room temperature (or refrigerate for faster setting).
Use: Apply a pea-sized amount under each arm.

Ingredients:
• 2 tbsp leftover Greek yoghurt
• 2.2 litres of full fat whole milk
• Patience
Recipe:
- Heat up milk in slow cooker pan up to 84 degrees Celsius
- Let it cool down to 43 degrees Celsius
- Meanwhile keep slow cooker on low
- Once cooled down to 43 degrees take a cup full in a bowl and mix a cup full of warm milk and mix until combined
- Pour back into the milk, turn off slow cooker and put the pan into the slow cooker and cover
- Wrap slow cooker and leave to incubate for 6-24 hours
- Take colander and put in a big bowl, put a cheesecloth over and pour the yoghurt over.
Let the whey drain out over 6-24 hours in the fridge
- Scoop the yoghurt into your jar or pot and keep refrigerated up until 2 weeks
- Voila!
