طرز تهیه:
ابتدا تخم مرغ و شکر را می زنیم تا کرم رنگ شوند (خیلی مهم) سپس آب و روغن را اضافه می کنیم، آرد،دارچین و بیکینگ پودر را که از قبل الک کردیم به مواد اضافه می کنیم سپس سیب
ها را خورد کرده و به مواد اضافه میکنیم
در فر با دمای ۱۸۰ درجه به مدت ۴۵ دقیقه قرار میدهیم بعد از نیم ساعت با خلال دندون یا سیخ چوبی میتونین ببینین که پخته یا نه.
