Al examen clinico se observan dos lesiones: Una a nivel de la semimucosa labial rojiza, sin relieve y que desaparece parcialmente a la diascopia; la otra en la mucosa labial, que se observa como un aumento de volumen no inflamatorio y de consistencia blanda a la palpacion.
Diagnóstico presuntivo: angioma y mucocele respectivamente.
Al mucocele se lo punza y drena su contenido seroso confirmando el diagnóstico presuntivo.

On clinical examination, two lesions were observed: One at the level of the labial semimucosa, without relief and which partially disappeared on diascopy; the other is found in the labial mucosa, which is observed as a non-inflammatory volume increase with a soft consistency on palpation.
Presumptive diagnosis: angioma and mucocele respectively.
The mucocele is punctured and its serous content drained, confirming the presumptive diagnosis.
