Believe it or not but I used to hate breakfast and especially oats (my mom can testify). But ever since I realised that oats can be super flavourful and yummy, it changed my breakfast game completely. I love my uni days so much more when I get to wake up to a breakfast like this.
So I wanna share this joy with you!! 🥹
Here’s the recipe for some toasted oats:
1/2-1 banana
1 egg
1/2 cup of oats
1 tsp of chia seeds
1 tsp of cinnamon
Fry it all in a bit of butter.
Base layer & toppings:
1 cup of greek yogurt
toasted oats on top
1 tsp of peanut butter
1/2 cup of raspberries
drizzle of honey
