Haven’t talked a pep about it but here it is
I try to be a very optimistic person and athlete but Im going to put out my truth and thoughts out here and so hoping it helps someone in the running.
When I finally punched my ticket to the Pro Stage it felt like my NHL debut. LOL
For the last decade, I have fought to be part of ‘it’
After three seasons of being part of the Arnold, 2025 was still one of if not my best season yet (on and off stage) and even it I fell out of the podium spots on the two top ‘prestige’ stages I didnt take it as failure, just under preparation on the weekend of. (Rogue was my strongest prep to date and i got sick🤷🏼♀️)
Its incredibly tough to take part of these two shows while still trying to be active within the community/defend or win titles.
Im in no way a contender for those titles, but I have won numerous events, took top 3s & have set a WR right on their stage. Not getting an invite is fine, literally- It happened for a reason. BUT, I thought I was part of an organization which would want to see their athletes grow and evolve (specifically on the women side).. what jabbed me the most is:
1. Not acknowledging any other of my accomplishments
2. Inviting 1 women less than the men
3. Putting a CDB for reps after setting numerous statements over the last years
Now,
This is no cry for attention but imagine.. setting 2 WRs, winning North Americas Strongest Women, winning my 5th National title in a row and yet, it wasnt a top 9.. so its not good enough? … 😝😝
Ive had so many of you reach out and wishing me the best in what Im up to 🫶🏼 silence on here just means I have more time to work on myself. I was hurt, im 100% better and hearing those words from the boys on the podcast was big.. to remind myself - fuk yes, you had a good year and be proud of it ❤️🔥
I was going to do the Shaw, which seemed like the ‘route’ but now I don’t know what’s next. Im having fun ♥️
