These little overalls are made from thrifted corduroy and the rest of my hoarded banana print fabric. I was able to make five pairs of them and they’ll be with me at the this weekend 💙
This wasn’t a wildly productive week, I nannied on Monday and went to the Florence + the machine concert on Tuesday, but while carrying my haul out to photograph I thought to myself dang this is heavy! And it’s all materials that most likely would have been destined for the landfill. And that’s a really, really good feeling!

As a little girl I started several businesses, the most memorable being Chore Club (I hand drew flyers and put them in the neighbors mailboxes and didn’t get a single call), and Babysitters Club (directly inspired by my favorite books and that business did in fact take off). Arts & Crafts was my absolute favorite, and I remember desperately wanting to learn how to sew. I’d like to think that baby Megan would be pretty thrilled with my “career” choices thus far 💕 thanks for being here and making my artsy crafty dreams come true!
